Community Action Resource and Development, Inc. (CARD) is a non-profit corporation whose primary purpose is to administer anti-poverty programs in northeastern Oklahoma. Their primary service areas are Nowata, Mayes, Rogers, Wagoner, Washington, and portions of Tulsa counties.

They empower individuals and families to end domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking by providing client services, prevention education, community collaboration & public awareness. Serves adult men and women.

This program provides overnight lodging for transient people, food pantry, clothing and furniture.
